हुब्बल्ली

हुब्बल्ली मेहेज़ एक ज़रिया था बादामी और पटदकल पहूँचने के लिए! चित्रदुर्ग से रात १० बजे हम हुबली के लिए निकले थे! आखिर हुबली भी हमारे सामने आ ही गयी! ऐसे हुबली में हमारी कोई घूमने कि इरादा नहीं था! क्योंकि दोपहर को हमें बादामी, पटडकल और ऐहोले देख कर हुबली लौटना था!

फिर भी हुबली सर्कल का राणी चेन्नम्मा का पुतला और इदगा मैदान अच्चा लगा!




Madhu's friend Mr. Ajay arranged, in fact adjusted his room which was already jam packed to make room for 3 of us. By the time we reached Hubli it was almost 3:00 AM in the morning (23/12/2009)! The rickshaw driver demanded 70 bucks to drop us to Shirur Park from K.S.R.T.C bus stand! (actually it costs 40 bucks). However we reached the room. As we were fully exhausted we just slept off. Badami, Pattadkal, and Aihole were situated almost 60 to 70 KM away from Hubli, so we had to catch early bus to Badami.

Our camera was loaded with photos, so we thought of copying the photos to pen drive. As it was early morning digital photo studios were yet to open. So we just sought the help of a mobile shop technician to just copy the photos from camera's memory card to pen drive. The guy agreed to do that but he ended up formatting the memory card! He told there is no photo's in the memory card. We were stunned and in no man's land!! It was like "ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಮ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ" We just found a studio where the owner was happy to help us. He told that he will recover the deleted photos's for just 200 bucks. So we felt very relieved and asked him to do so. We bought a new memory card and off we went to Badami. We were late due to the unexpected memory card problem!!! All is well which ends well so we left all the worries of memory card and were eagerly looking forward to see Badami, Aihole and Pattadkal.
